Unemployment and underemployment are the most important issues facing the transgender community today, with estimates of unemployment among gender variant Americans running as high as 80%.

If you are a gender variant individual seeking employment, or an employer with a commitment to workplace diversity and a desire to be a part of the solution, then you have come to the right place.

Currently, we are configuring the database functions necessary to enable job seekers to upload resumes and for employers to post available opportunities.

If you would like to be notified when these functions will be available to you, or if you have other questions, please contact us.

TG Works is also intended to support trans owned and trans friendly businesses of all kinds by providing classified advertising for products and services. Visitors to the site will soon be able to browse the classifieds to locate trans owned and trans friendly businesses in their area.

TG Works will also offer news and information pertaining to transgender work and business issues.
