PC tech support is available by phone from 7:00 AM til 11:00 PM, Eastern, Monday through Thursday, 7:00AM til 7:00 PM Fridays.
Our support techs are all experienced field and bench repair techs. We know from experience that most computer problems are minor and can be resolved quickly, as long as they're correctly identified. Our techs don't work from a script. We all know how to listen to our users, to ask the right questions and identify and resolve issues quickly. We might be a little rough around the edges. You won't hear a lot of phony scripted customer service rep mumbo jumbo. What you will get is skilled, experienced help from computer industry and manufacturer certified technicians who understand what you need.

We do not support Quicken, Quickbooks or similar accounting software systems. Most manufacturers of these systems
provide excellent product support.
Please be advised that while our emphasis is not on delivering a "positive customer service experience" through the use of phony scripted "yes sir" and "no sir" responses, the main goal of our techs is to deliver a positive technical support experience. Of course, all callers will be treated respectfully. All calls are monitored and recorded. Callers who are verbally abusive to any of our staff will be terminated and billed.
ALL USERS:
Please have all the CDs and other materials that came with your computer, and also,
please locate and copy down your Microsoft Windows product key.
(Microsoft Office users might also need a product key, found on a small sticker on the software packaging).
Your Windows product key will be found on a small sticker on the top, side or back of your computer. Some models have this sticker on the inside of the hinged lid covering your CD drive. If you have a laptop, it will be on the bottom.
The sticker will look something like the one indicated on the right(B):
It might be helpful to use a bright light or magnifier when reading your product key. The letter "B" can often be mistaken for an "8."
